Yall havent dealt with them situations, so how can yall speak on them... I been through a case that lasted 3 years for 2 counts of aggravated batterey with a deadly weapon and 3 counts of aggraveted discharge of a firearm and 2 counts of battery and 7 assault charges. For the whole 3 years the state was tryn get me to plea and take 6 years.. I turned that shit down went to trial found guilty of all charges except the 2 counts of aggravated battery w/ a deadly weapon... I had to serve 64 days in county well awaiting sentencing which shouldnt of happened b/c I was out on bond for the 3 yrs b4, but got the bond revoked and being found guilty of BS charges if I had a diff judge he woulda let me stay on the streets while waiting sentencing all I got was 18 months of probation no Pen time...With Bustas petty ass charges he gonna walk with probation at the most, maybe just a big fine and community service and assault aint shit its petty ass shit
