Ever since the Jay/Nas beef, I was on Nas' side, and I've always said Eff the ROC. Never had nothin' Roc-A-Wear or anything like that. But I have purchased the following Jay albums: Reasonable Doubt, Vol. I, Vol. II, (I swore on God that I would NEVER purchase Vol. III and still haven't), Roc La Familia, & the Blueprint. The Blueprint is when the beef kinda blew up. I ain't HAVE 2 cop the Black Album cause I'd already heard the whole thing about 75 times by the time it came out. Anyhow, since 01, I haven't really been a "ROC" fan. So when I heard Beanie's joint in 05, I was like, "Whoa." So, because of that, I just may cop Beanie's album when it drops.

For example every first single form an Eminem album is a pop hit (My name is, Real Slim Shady,Without Me, etc...) Even Jay always releases a "Media friendly" hit as his first single. People like Beans, Jada, and Nas don't do that. Not that there is anything wrong with puttin out pop hits as lead off singles, but ceratin artists just don't do that.
