According to reports, his family will head back to Brooklyn Surrogate Court on April 1st, where Cherry Jones will challenge the role of her son's widow as administrator of his estate.
"Cherry claims Ice lene is misusing the funds," said a source.
"It's become mom vs. daughter-in-law and it's up to the judge to decide."
This however, isn't the first time the two have battled over ODB's estate. In late 2006, Icelene Jones accused Cherry Jones of taking hundred of thousands of dollars of ODB's money.
“It appears that $200,000 to $500,000 of funds belonging to (ODB) may have been misused or be owed by Cherry Jones to the estate." Said Cherry in court documents.
