Cash Money Records CEO Brian "Baby" Williams was released on $1,500 bond yesterday Wednesday, November 28, 2007 after police found a pound of marijuana in a trash can in the kitchenette of the RV he and 15 others were occupying.
According to The Associated Press, Birdman along with the other occupants were released on $1,500 bond from the Sullivan County Jail at around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
In an interview with MTV News soon after his release, the New Orleans mogul denied reports that a pound of marijuana was confiscated as well as initial reports of his wife being 18 years old.
"We was on the bus. I was asleep in the back," He tells MTV.
"Why they pulled us over, I don't know. The people are making the situation out worse than what it is. We got arrested for a misdemeanor amount of marijuana — we didn't have no pound. The police just found something minor in a garbage can the dog sniffed. We all got out on bond."

"I'm not married," he said regarding reports of his "18 year old wife" being arrested.
"Never! Been! Married! Plus, that girl was 18! I don't get down like that! Plus, if I was married, why would I keep it a secret?"
An assault rifle, a handgun and a magazine for a .45-caliber handgun were also found on the RV, however, no weapons charges have been filed and Baby claims they were licensed and have been returned by authorities.
"The guns we had were good," he tells MTV.
"I do carry a gun and I am licensed. Tennessee is one of the states I can tote in. We know the guidelines for carrying weapons. They make you aware of everything in marksmanship class."
