According to the Associated Press, Tompkins claims that the rapper promised her the $2.4 million home, and has now gone back on his promise. “This was a house that was promised to Shaniqua up until the closing,” said Paul Catsandonis, Tompkins’ attorney. “Then he decided not to put it in her name. Now he’s trying to put her out of the house. This would mean evicting his own son,” he continued.
In February a judge cut Tomkins' monthly support checks from $25,000 to $6,700 . Tompkins and their son were allowed to remain in Fif's home on condition that the money be used in part to find a new residence. Fif claims they haven't even tried and that Tompkins is taking advantage of the situation as the house is in Jackson's name.

"You will find these locked areas that require you to call over your homey to open up inaccessible areas, boost you up to a higher area, and so on," says producer Aaron Blean.
