The MMG boss Rick Ross recently purchased Evander Holyfield’s $10 million 109 room mansion in Fayetteville, Ga.

According to the various reports, Ross’ new home is largest single family home in Georgia being a whopping 54,000 square feet.

The AJC reports, the mansion includes a dining room big enough to seat 100 people, a bowling alley, a 135-seat movie theater, a baseball field, and the largest pool in the United States holding over 350k gallons of water. The property also includes a separate 4,000-square-foot guest home on the 235 acre estate.

Holyfield lost the property in 2012 due to foreclosure.
