As Def Sounds previously reported, Outkast will hit the road for 40+ shows as part of their reunion tour. A few dates for the Outkast tour have been announced already, and now it has been revealed that Outkast will headline Drake’s annual OVO Fest.
According to OVO, Outkast and Drake will share the top billing for the 5th Annual OVO Festival, which takes place August 3rd and 4th at the Molson Ampitheatre in Toronto with Andre 3000 and Big Boi headlining day one of the fest, and Drake headlining day two of the event.
Other artists will serve as opening acts for Outkast and Drake on their respective days, but the complete line-up for the OVO Fest hasn’t been revealed at this time.
Tickets for the OVO Fest are set to go on sale February 21st via OctobersVeryOwn.com.
The only other reunion tour dates of the 40 + that have been announced at this point, besides the OVO Fest, are a show at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April, a headlining show at Governors Ball in New York, June 6-8, and another a headlining gig at the Firefly Music Festival, which will go down June 19-22 at The Woodlands in Dover, DE.
