Nas has teamed up with Get On Down to re-release his classic 1994 debut album, Illmatic in the form deluxe gold box set.

As reported by Complex, the Illmatic re-issue will be released as a CD box set as well as a vinyl packaging set.

The CD set will include a 24k Audiophile Gold Disc CD with re-mastered audio, housed in a “Cherrywood Trophy Box” with gold plaque, a black 2-piece outer box with original ‘Nas’ promotional sticker exclusive to Get on Orders, 48 page full-color, hard cover liner notes book including extended artwork, full album lyrics and liner notes from The Source founder Jon Shecter, a reproduction of the original 1994 Illmatic press release, two 8 x10 glossy promo photo’s used in the illmatic campaign, and a rare 1994 promotional poster with full album lyrics printed on the back.

The vinyl set will include the same items as the CD set, but will come with a vinyl record instead of the gold CD.
