As it was reported earlier this month, Kevin Durant was expected to leave his current agency, Landmark Sports, and sign to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Sports agency. Now, the deal is official and the ink is dry as the OKC Thunder forward is officially signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Sports.

After the NBAPA cleared Jay-Z to officially sign NBA players last week, Hov took advantage of his new rights, and signed one of the biggest names in the league, Kevin Durant.

With the deal final, Durant follows New York Jets rookie quarterback Geno Smith, New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano and WNBA player Skylar Diggins to Jay-Z’s sports agency.

While signing the papers, Hov was quoted saying:

“He has a 90.5 free throw shooting rate, the youngest player in NBA history to join the 50-40-90 club, a giving individual and a legend in the making. What more can I say?”
