With the former good friends, Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame, having a falling out earlier this year, Gucci is claiming that Waka and his mother, Debra Antney, who was also Gucci’s manager since 2006, conspired to ruin his career and he has filed a lawsuit against the two.

As reported by TMZ, according to a lawsuit filed by Gucci Mane, he claims Waka Flocka and Debra Antney have ruined his career by years of sabotaging and stealing money from him.
The lawsuit filed by Gucci Mane alleges that Waka and Antney released Gucci’s music and collected royalties without his permission. The suit also claims that Antney made herself CFO of Gucci’s corporation without his knowledge while taking more than the usual 20% manager’s fee.
The ice cream cone tatted Atlanta rapper claims with all the wrong doing from Antney and Waka, he is now broke, with a shattered reputation, while being left with only serious tax problems.
Gucci Mane is suing for unspecified damages, but it is known that he is seeking retribution for fraud, racketeering, conspiracy, and he also wants a ring and chain returned to him that he alleges Debra Antney stole from him. Along with the lawsuit, Gucci Mane is asking the courts to freeze Waka and mother’s assets.
