DMX is in legal trouble once again, as the Yonkers rapper is being sued for 630k due to non fulfilling a contract for an overseas comeback tour.
As TMZ reports, promotion company Heavy Rotation filed a lawsuit against X in a New York courtroom, stating that they had a one year deal with the rapper to book him for international tour dates.
DMX had a lien put on his passport due to missed child support, traffic violations, and other legal troubles that prevented him from leaving the country, and causing him to miss the shows that were booked overseas.
Now the promo company is seeking payment from DMX, as they claims they lost $749,285 on the deal gone bad.
DMX’s manager tells a different story, and says that X chose to sever all ties with Heavy Rotation after they allegedly put the rapper at risk with poor business practices.
