Yesterday, reports started to break that teenage Chicago rapper Chief Keef was arrested in Dekalb County, Georgia, but the details of the arrest were unknown. Now, today details of Keef’s arrest have been made available as the 17 year old rapper was busted for possession of marijuana.

As reported by TMZ, who obtained the police report, Chief Keef was originally thought to be arrested on disorderly conduct charges, but it turned out to be an arrest for possession of marijuana as he was caught smoking weed in his Georgia hotel room.

After being released from Dekalb County jail, Chief Keef took Twitter and addressed the arrest.

Chief Keef’s weed arrest comes just about two months after being released from a Chicago juvenile detention center for a probation violation on a gun charge.
