Only one more week until "8 Diagrams" drops. And even though most of us have already heard the album through online leaks and we all know the drama surrounding the release between RZA, Raekwon and Ghostface...I'm still dayam excited. But aside from the music...Wu-Tang has been making noise on all fronts of hip-hop entertainment....
Wu-Tang Clan Graphic Novel
Sanford Greene, current artist for the DC Comic "Wonder Girl" and the artist of MF Doom's "Venemous Villain" cover art is now working on a Wu-Tang Clan graphic novel with the help of Method Man. No details on plot, dates, etc. but considering the current state of Wu-Tang let's hope its not a Ghostface and Raekwon vs. RZA battle.
Check out an early concept drawing of Method Man along with some of Sanford's art here.
Limited Edition Ghostface Killah Shirt

Chicago street wear boutique Saint Alfred, Island Def Jam and Ghostface Killah have partnered together to offer this exclusive Ghostface Killah shirt in celebration of Ghostface's new album "Big Doe Rehab" due out December 4th. Only forty of these shirts will be made and offered at the official Ghostface release party in Chicago.
Method Man in last night's episode of "Law & Order: SVU"
Hopefully you guys were able to check it out. Method Man actually gave a pretty dang good performance as a bad ass neighborhood killer who has the whole block on lock down as the hood is afraid to testify against him. SVU seems to be the new launching pad for hip-hop artists breaking into acting. Surprised Common aint on it yet. Check out the preview of the episode here.
Ghostface Killa upcoming book
Stay tuned...MTV is gonna give us an exclusive first look at Pretty Toney's new book coming out in January.
U-God still MIA

I'm bout to say something that's bout 2 make the Defsounds MOUNTAINS SHAKE:
Speakin' of Wu-Tang... As of 12/5/2007:
GHOSTFACE KILLAH - THE BIG DOE REHAB: ALBUM OF THE YEAR (SO FAR! ... I copped Face's joint, too, yesterday but haven't listened to it yet; that's next) MONSTER COLLABOS with Beans, Meth, Rae, Chrisette Michele (who I TOLD Y'ALL was fire) and more...
I like it BETTER than pretty much ALL the other rap albums I've purchased this year: Talib's, T.I.'s, Common's, Jay's, Keith's, Cass', Freeway's, Red's, and Fab's. I DIDN'T cop Bone, 50, or Kanye, but I'm sure it's better too.
That is quite the bold statement but I would agree for the most part. Big Doe Rehab is a classic. I've heard most of 8 Diagrams but I'm still hoping it does well in sales
U-God still MIA
Anyone know what the hell U-God been up to?
