Wooohah!: Update on Notorious BIG movie
by on November 27th, 2007

There hasn't been much public news about the upcoming Notorious B.I.G. biopic since the well publicized October open casting calls in New York. However our sources who are working on this movie have given us an exclusive update. While you can still view video submissions on the official site, all open casting calls have been closed including the online submissions as well. You can listen to some of the contestants here though and judge for yourself how similar they sound to B.I.G.
Our sources were very tight-lipped about when filming will actually start, but they did reveal casting is not final and still in progress but it was emphasized we should not believe any of the current rumors out there at all. This includes any of the supporting roles as well such as who will play Tupac or Faith Evans.
Basically they debunked every rumored actor/actress discussed on the net. What does this mean? It means at this point in time don't believe anything you hear about casting for this film. The producers already had to publically announce Sean Kingston was not cast as Biggie. So to set the record straight Guerrilla Black or Forrest Whitaker is not playing Biggy, Fredro Starr is not playing Tupac, and Diddy is not playing Diddy. But this is Hollywood...who knows...since Diddy is an exec producer on the film he could always demand he put himself in.
So who would be the perfect cast for Biggie, Pac, Diddy and Faith Evans? And no...Faith Evans as Faith Evans does not count....as always we'll have the official updates as they roll in.

Pac’s first album to go platinum was the joint with Dear Mamma on it, and that was a slow process. The 2 albums before it went wood during their day. Yes, I am saying that he does not deserve a memorial, and neither does Biggie. Think for a minute about the behavior, the time period, and what Pac was representing when he died. Was it or was it not the beat down of Orlando Anderson that got his ass shot that night in Vegas? I have listened to Pac’s music and I am still trying to figure out why he used the words convalescent and adolescent in the same line…..was it just for the sake of rhyming, ‘casue that shit doesn’t make any fucking sense….as did a lot of his lyrics…granted, he was a poetic a time or two in his rhymes.
All of pacs cd’s are platinum-check the shit out.i been done the research and all eyez on me is diamond-10times platinum but convalescent means a recovering from an illness or gun shot wound etc and adolescent is ya tee age years of development-so it all makes since, it was all in context-do ya home work and LISTEN-not just hear it-lol-shits funny.plus everybody got two sides. martin luther King cheated on his wife so dont go there.matter of fact almost all the presidents have.what about brenda’s got a baby,on my block, dear momma, happy home, ill never call u bitch again n there is many more.then he got a political side to him too-panther party,in this white mans world, dear my president etc-then his thug shit-hit em up,when i ride on my enemies-i mean come on bra u sound stupid.on my momma u dont know what u talkin about im pretty sure everybody on here knows that-lol
THIS IS A MOVIE ABOUT BIG’S LIFE
I DON’T WANT TO RELIVE DAT SHIT AGAIN WE EXPERIENCED IN 95
BOTH SIDES A RE DIFFERENT BUT THIS IS A MOVIE ABOUT HIS LIFE NOT HIS ENEMIES
Guerilla Black – Biggie
Ja Rule – Pac
P Diddy – Derek Luke (friday night lights, finding forrester)
De Bo – Suge Knight
and Biggie didnt become World Famous because of Pac…..that was diddy makin collabo’s with R&B artist not to mention a rhyme stlye second to none…..
These people you mention have participated in or have affected national policies that have effected change not only in your life, but the lives of your children’s children. For you to compare a rapper to MLK or any president, good or bad, shows that you lack a clear understanding of the world around you, of history, your past and present, of your history, and of your own survival in this world…son. Just to point out your ignorance, how the hell can you take a blanket statement such as all presidents cheat on their wives and use that as the basis of an argument. Your technique is flawed homey and so is youe mind-set….and of course you do have proof of it…pics, movies. You keep thinking that a rapper has the same or more significance and impact in your life or in the world at large than a president or a historical figure such as an MLK, and you’ll do just find. You keeping taking your lead in life from a nigga whose sole purpose is life is to entertain you, and I do otherwise. After all, you can learn a lot by shaking your ass. Who next, Soldier Boy…YYYYOOOUUU!
P.S. Thanks for giving us Webster’s definition of convalescent and adolescent…you did great son, now put down that Source Mag and pick up a few other books of choice. I can recommend a few for you for starters…cause you, you lost mutha fucka!
