I am a huge Hip hop fan and have been for a while now. In the time I have been listening the industry has evolved a lot. When I first started listening the only way I could get any new music was to go to the store and buy it. And the only way I could even find out about new releases was to buy a magazine. Now with the internet being as big as it is, music and music news can be passed around all day every day all around the world. And this site ties all of those together wounderfully. Every time I come here (which is more than a few times a day, because this is my homepage) there is new Hip Hop info, may it be the new Weezy single on the side, some news on the latest record sales, or even watching the newest video that hasn't yet (and sometimes never will) been on T.V. And the links that are provided are amazing. Because of this sites mixtape postings on the side I now know about datpiff.com. Your credibility is also great, it seems you really check your sources, especially when compared to sohh.com.
So overall this website has been a huge source of entertainment for me, but more importantlly, defsounds.com has expanded my love and knowledge for Hip Hop. Thank You all so much and please for all of us crazy Hip Hop junkies keep up the good work in 2008!!!!!!
