I think “album sales” are out. The point is, they want to make money off the music anyway they can, well, now they’ve found a new way.

witness a revolution in the music industry…artists are still gonna release cd’s (at least in the short run) but they are switching up how they distribute songs…from vynil, to casettes, to cd’s, to mp3…i wish i had some dollars to invest cuz someone is gonna jump off on this

That Doesnt Mean That It Stops Downloaders From Downloading… Until You Find A Way To Get People To Cop Sum CDs Sales Will Jus Keep Declining

This is a great idea, because the ads will cover for what the artist and record labels have been losing. basically the ad revenue will be the royalties paid to the artists. it will work like new generation radio except you get to listen to the songs and keep them.

THIS IS EXACTLY THE TYPE OF CHANGE I WAS REFERING TO IN THE SOULJA BOY BLOG. THIS IS THE MEDIUM THAT WILL REPLACE THE COMPACT DISK. IM TELLING YOU, THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY IS IN A STATE OF REVOLUTION RIGHT NOW DUE TO THE DOWNLOAD. ALL TANGIBLE ITEMS LIKE CDS AND DVDS WILL BE DONE IN 10 YEARS. MAKE WAY FOR THE DIGITAL AGE.
ONCE THE ARTIST REALIZE THAT THEY CAN SELL THEIR ALBUMS TO THE P2P WEBSITES FOR DISTRIBUTION THE RECORD COMPANIES WILL GO BELLY UP.
