While President Obama is sending 30,000 troops over to Afghanistan, New Orleans rapper Lil Wayne is doing his part to keep the United States populated by having more children.

According to numerous reports, Nivea gave birth to her and Lil Wayne's first child together, this comes less than six months after Wayne had a child with actor Laura London. Despite the numerous children from different women, both Wayne's first baby mother Antonia and his most recent before Nivea, (Laura London) seem to be celebrating the birth of Wayne's son who was named Neal.

On Antonia's twitter she took out a moment to congratulate Wayne and his new baby mother writing; "Congrats to Nivea and Wayne...its a Boy!!!!!,"

Laura also brought her thoughts to twitter and congratulated the new parents as well by retweeting, Antonia's comment and then adding her own input; "RT @antoniacarter Congrats to Nivea and Wayne...its a Boy!!! (Beautiful and blessed)."

Before the birth of the child there were many rumors being spread about the couple and their relationship, including a rumor that stated Nivea had the baby already and that  Wayne was not allowed into the delivery room when Nivea went into labor. But as most celebrities do Nivea dispelled those rumors directly from her twitter page. "ok, I didn't have my baby yet unfortunately! so far evrythng you've heard or read is false, sorry!"

Despite comments from both London and Antonia there still has yet to be a comfirmation from Lil Wayne or the Cash Money camp.
