For some reason this kid seems entirely too arrogant to me. Not only that, but he does appear to be mentally retarded. You cant be cocky AND retarded--the only person that's been able to pull that off in the last 20 years has been Kanye West--but instead of "retarded" most people just call him creative. I don't give two shits what ya'll say, some of the shit Kanye does is just straight up retarded.
