After suing Kanye West because of an earring stolen at West's party in 2005, Suge Knight is now also naming the Barstow Police Department in his ongoing U.S. Bankruptcy case. Knight says that Barstow police had shuffled him around so much during his arrest in 2005 that a DIFFERENT earring was stolen.

Knight says that somewhere in between the shuffling from the Barstow Police station to the West Valley Detention Center to the California Institution for Men, he was jacked for his earring.

The police department has to yet comment or address the accusation as of press time.
