Super producer Scott Storch isn't having as good a new year as he would like.
The Miami hitmaker has been hit with charges of evading child support by the mother of their two year old child, Dalene Daniel.
According to court papers obtained by TMZ, Daniel claims Storch has missed the $7,500 payment for the last two months. She also alleges Storch has been habitually late--even bouncing checks.
The leaked court documents have added more fuel to rumors of Storch running low on funds due to his lavish lifestyle.
In 2006, Rolling Stone reported that Storch , who has worked with 50 Cent, Fat Joe, Christina Aguilera and Beyoncé, was worth $70 million.
But by August 2007, Forbes had that number down to $17 million.

Timbo made 21 mill in 2007 alone (more than Scott Storch’s whole net worth). Check the Forbes Top 10 Richest rappers list of 2007. Timbo’s prolly worth around the 80-100 mill range. You can’t be serious. Like I said 17 million dollar worth Scott Storch is BROKE compared to the niggas he disses (Dre, Timbo, etc…).
