Problems Keep Rolling In For DMX

The problems just can't seem to stop rolling in for embattled rapper DMX. The controversial MC who recently plead guilty to four felony charges, including identity theft and drug possession has had his Arizona home foreclosed.

According to reports, SWAT team raids destroyed the carpets and left windows and doors blown out allowing things to be stolen. "I think people showed up, walked the house and took what they wanted," says Andrew Wheeler, who is in charge of selling the home. The things left at the house were thrown into the pool, leaving the only sign of DMX being an old magazine cover hanging out of a car window.

X paid around $600,000 for the house in 2003 and the bank set the sale price for $429,000.

50 Cent Cuts Price Of Mansion

In semi-related news, Hip Hop mogul 50 Cent has slashed the sale price of his massive Connecticut mansion by $4 million.

“It’s the market,” Deborah Orr, of Keller Williams Realty, says. “With a unique property, everyone acknowledges it’s difficult to pinpoint the perfect market price. We feel we need to stimulate some activity, and that was the intent of the price cut.”

The property, formerly owned by Mike Tyson, dropped from $18.5 million to $14.5 million. The 17 acre property includes a helipad, a 40-person hot tub, two billiard rooms, a movie theater and a club.
