Pitbull Beats DUI Rap After Failing Every Field Sobriety Test

The case stems from a 2007 incident in which Pitbull, real name Armando Perez, allegedly sped past a marked police car going  miles per hour in his Mercedes.

The arresting officer testified last Wednesday that the rapper refused to get out of the car when ordered to and when he did, he subsequently failed virtually every field sobriety test.

According to the police report filed, he couldn't even walk a straight line and the officer could smell alcohol on his breath.

Pitbull took the stand and told jurors he was a victim of his own fame. "I was targeted because I am a celebrity," he said.

How did Mr. 305 beat this case exactly?

He refused to take a Breathalyzer and none of the field tests were recorded by the cop's dashboard camera.

Celebrity gets off again whats new… but if u ever do get pulled over drunk it is ALWAYS best not to take the breathalyzer… they cant charge u with DUI without but can still suspend ur license.
