Who favorited?Max B Defends Mouthy Lawyer, Works On Appeal

Harlem rapper Max B is in surprisingly good spirits for someone facing life in prison after a jury convicted him of aggravated manslaughter, two counts of felony murder, three counts of armed robbery, and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery.
The rapper, who's currently behind bars awaiting sentencing, called into G-Unit Radio to speak on the status of his appeal as well as his lawyer,Gerald Saluti, who has been harshly criticized for being overly-outspoken in regards to the case.
G-Unit Radio's Miss Mimi said the lawyer might've been at fault for the guilty verdict, Max retorted “It wasn’t the lawyer, it wasn’t the defense, it’s God’s will-- Shout outs to Saluti.”
Max and his lawyer are currently working on an appeal which he says will be filed soon.
“You know they got me here for a minute but I’m about to get that appeal so fast your head’s gonna turn.“
He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 31st, 2009.
