In a horrific case of life imitating art, a local Virginia rapper has been charged with first-degree murder after the discovery of four bodies last Friday afternoon.
According to NBC, Richard Alden Samuel McCroskey III, 20, b/k/a "Syko Sam," is suspected in the deaths of four people in the Castro Valley, Virginia college town.
The budding rapper who caused controversy with rhymes about death, murder, and mutilation, was arrested after he was found sleeping in the baggage claim area of the Richmond, Virginia airport. He was about to fly home to the Bay Area.
Police say four bodies were found Friday afternoon in the home of Debra S. Kelley, a professor who teaches at nearby Longwood University near Farmville.
Police wouldn't identify the bodies or how they'd been killed, but released information saying McCroskey had been charged with first-degree murder, grand larceny of an automobile and robbery.
The four bodies are expected to be identified by the state medical examiner's office today.
