Lloyd Banks, G-Unit's Most Wanted
by on July 6th, 2009
G-Unit rapper Lloyd Banks has become one of the industry's most sought out rappers.
The "Punch Line King," who has always been recognized for his lyrical ability, may soon be appearing on a track alongside your favorite rapper.
"I wanna do something with Banks," Fabolous revealed in an interview.
"I respect Banks' pen game. We actually, I don't know, he got a song on the cut with me and him that we did for one of his albums back in the days so I don't know what he did with it. I don't know if I got at him too good on it and he ain't wanna put it out, you know what I mean. [laughs] That was a little jab so we can get him to get in and get a new joint out. But I fuck with Banks and so whenever he's ready we can get it."
Fellow rapper Joe Budden also shared the same sentiment, saying he would like to see if he can best Banks on a track.
"I wanna do a song with Lloyd Banks," Budden revealed in a live blog chat on Friday (July 3) afternoon alongside his friend/producer Dough Boy.
"I gotta get him, pause. Yeah, that's what I want. I think he's ducking me. I think Banks was dope and then he fell the fuck off and then he got right back up. So personally, for me, I would want to do a song with him. Nah, he don't got no personality. I'd have to see if I could tear him up [on a record]."
In a recent interview, Banks says he's been trying to work with as many rappers as he can--something he wasn't accustomed to doing in the past.
"I’ve been spreading my actions a lot more. I think that’s something else, too. I think we had so much success as a whole, as G-Unit the group, that a lot of people didn’t feel that we were open to actually do features and things of that nature. And it’s not that, it’s just that we come from the street. We come from a family-oriented structure. We’re close-knit. We were thinking how we could do everything in-house because we were rollin’ at that time," says Banks.
"But now if you look what I’ve been doing, I got records with Nipsey Hussle , I got records with Jay Rock, records with Uncle Murda , records with Ron Browz, I got a record with Juelz Santana on the way, Jadakiss and Fabolous on the way.
I’ve been spreading my actions more, getting next to everybody. You know, let the public know that it’s okay. If people didn’t get the memo, the time to hate is over. Time to get that money."

Exactly, I thought if you were “The Most Sought Out Rapper” You would have More Than 2 Artist wanting to work with you.
And according to this thread, it’s really 1 (Loso) because the other just want to challenge him! Joe said “I think he’s ducking me”…..
he has a lot more talent then tony yayo and he proves that a lot.
I THINK IF HE WASN’T ON G-UNIT HE WOULD BE MORE KNOWN BY NOW.(my opinion)
