Who favorited?Lil Wayne & T Pain Are Among World's Most Influential People

Rapper Lil Wayne is one the most influential people in the world along with T-Pain, and President Barack Obama according to internet users. TIME Magazine released it's 2009 "Time 100" World's Most Influential People ranking thinkers, artists, leaders and revolutionaries who are changing the world through social innovation.
Lil Wayne was voted #12 with 939, 993 votes followed by T-Pain at #34 having 790, 550 votes with both artist beating Obama at #37 getting 725, 776 votes. Christopher Poole (aka Moot) the founder of 4chan, was voted #1 with nearly 17 million votes. Other notables not making the top 100 were M.I.A (104) and Kanye West (144).
The prestige, honor and significance of the list comes under question with this years poll results. NBC reports the votes and poll being rigged noting the first letters of #1-21 spell out Marblecake also the game.

To a few readers: It’s an article about hip hop, and i can discuss so much about the fix. Obviously TIME was hacked and rick roll’d and Time denying everything even though they try to throw a subliminal at moot with the job line.

As for the Time 100 Poll vote, you have already guessed it: it was fixed by 4chan users. As Time acknowledges, that is sort of the point of this type of poll. TIME.com managing editor Josh Tyrangiel says moot is no less deserving than previous title holders like Nintendo video-game designer Shigeru Miyamoto (2007) and Korean pop star Rain (2006).
But Time does, bizarrely, fail to admit to how deeply the poll was compromised. The poll was not just hijacked, it was hacked to pieces with 4chan users creating sophisticated autovoters spread by spam to get the result they wanted. Time tried to fend off the attacks but with little ultimate success.

Even though Pain didn’t INVENT the Auto-tune sound……….He brought it to the attnetion of the younger generations, and as you can see by the wide spread use/abuse of auto-tune in the past year or so, PAIN has changed the fuckin game with that shit……………
