Who favorited?Lil Wayne Links Up With Lloyd, Collabo Album On The Way?

The self-declared "hardest working man" in hip hop never ceases to amaze. According to R&B crooner Lloyd, he and Lil Wayne might be heading into the studio together for a collabo album tentatively titled, Best Of Young Worlds.
Lloyd, who has a track with the New Orleans rapper in his forthcoming album, says that the collabo will be different than that of Omarion & Bow Wow's because they appeal to a much older crowd.
"Weezy go in and do about 38 bars. The beat cuts off and he's still rapping." Lloyd tells Rhapsody of his recording session with Weezy.
"He's just killing it and I'm saying to myself, 'Oh this dude is incredible. I gotta work with this dude for real.' And from there, we started our relationship. We've even talked about doing an album together and calling it Best of Young Worlds."
Though fans of the duo are looking forward to the album, many doubt it'll ever come to fruition due to Weezy's track record with full album collabos.
He has previously taken part in joint ventures with West coast rapper The Game (Blood Brothers) as well as Harlem rapper Juelz Santana (I Can't Feel My Face). However, either of those mixtapes have yet to see the light of day.

He gotta go ahead & drop C3, they gotta do the reunion album around the end of the summer, and he’s gotta have the Young Money album out by the start of next year. He should then try to get the I cant feel my face album out by the end of 09. He also said he was doing an R&B album this year, I could care less for that, but if he wants to, go for it.
That’s alotta shit to be trying to do, but if anybody can, it has to be Wayne. If he can get 3 of those albums out in a two year span, that will be some great shit, all of this is assuming he ain’t locked up though, lol.
But I can see why Lloyd would want to do it … definitely wouldn’t hurt his career.

Its one of the best things about hip-hop music. Its only been down played recently because niggas who claim to be rapper eaters back down when its crunch time and now niggas think thats wasup.
Beef has fueled hip-hop through its darkest times and pushed it to the forefront of music culture time and time again.
Battling is the heart of hip-hop music King. Every great emcee (Pac, Nas, Jay, Beans, Jada, Em, Snoop, Cube, Common….) has battled someone in their career. You have to prove your greatness by battling. If Wayne gives himself titles that he can’t back-up, homie is a paper champ. Wayne more than anyone else definatly needs to prove his greatness. If he actually battled 50, I would gain a whole new level of respect for him but homie backed down…..I can’t respect that.
