Kanye Will Have Charges Stemming From LAX Incident Dropped

Today in a LA courtroom, battery, vandalism and theft charges against Kanye West and manager Don Crowley stemming from the Sept 11, 2008 incident where Kanye and Don C went on a rampage when a TMZ photographer tried to photograph Kanye at the American Airlines terminal at LAX, will be dismissed.

Kanye's lawyer Blair Berk said, both Kanye and co-defendant Don C are "remorseful" for their actions and have enrolled in a anger management program.

The judge agreed to dismiss the charges since Kanye and Don C have enrolled in anger management, but also ordered them to complete 50 hours of community service. The judge said he will dismiss the charges when the community service is complete.
