Who favorited?Kanye May Not Be Charged With Felony For Pap Incident and Eminem To Speak

It looks as though Kanye West, who was recently involved in an altercation with the paparazzi last week, may NOT be facing any felony criminal charges. Sources said that West would be facing felony vandalism charges after he and his bodyguard had smashed camera equipment after not liking their pictures being taken.
The still camera that was broken is a Canon 40D with a retail price of $1429.96. In California, someone who criminally damages property worth more than $400 can be prosecuted for felony vandalism. The actual equipment broken by West was the lighting unit and that only cost about $100. However, his bodyguard, who also broke a camera from TMZ.com that retails for approximately $7000, could face those felony charges.
Eminem is scheduled to make an exclusive 'appearance' tomorrow night on Sirius radio. The Shade 45 channel, created by Eminem, will be having a special spotlight show that will be honoring 20 years of the indie label Delicious Vinyl, which gave birth to such artists as Tone Loc, Young MC, The Brand New Heavies, The Pharcyde and Masta Ace. The grammy award winning rapper/actor will be calling in and will hopefully be discussing the status of his new work and the future of his career.
DJ Tony Touch will be hosting the show. This will be one of Em's rare public speakings/apppearances. The rapper has been pretty quiet for the past few years, so hopefully fans will be able to get the info they've wanted for quite some time.

but yeah, back to em….that’s what my tape deck needs right now…some raw emotion….i mean, there are some great artists out right now…but none of them are as emotionally attached to their music like Em!! i shall definitely be tuning to Shade 4-5 for this interview!!
