There's a mass hysteria spreading through pop culture as of late--maybe not even pop culture as a whole but most certainly through Hip Hop. Seemingly out of the blue, everyone has subtly transformed into a conspiracy theorist.

The most rampant conspiracy theory in Hip Hop? Jay-Z and the secret societies.

I'm sure you've all heard it. Jay-Z is a Freemason..or Jay-Z and the Illuminaiti. Videos and write ups of Jay-Z's secret society..uh..secret..have spread like wildfire.

Even worst, the naive idiots, become so adamant in arguing that Jay belongs to one of the aforementioned, that they eat up any tidbit of reaching.

Here's the theory loosely broken down:

1. Jay-Z is the head of a hip-hop label named Roc-A-Fella Records, which he helped found.

One of "13 Satanic" bloodlines that "rule the world" is the Rockefeller bloodline. Today, there are around 190 members of this family with the Rockefeller name and of course some others by other last names.

2. The name of his clothing line is Rocawear, which frequently sells Illuminati/Freemasonic themed clothing.

3. Jay-Z's lyrics have constantly had Illuminati/Freemasonic references.

4. Jay-Z's videos contain numerous instances of images with Freemasonic references.

Got that?..good..that's basically it.

One of the biggest drivers of this theory though, is Jay-Z's use of the almighty Pyramid triangle..aka the all seeing eye..aka the eye of Horus..aka The Diamond ..aka..The Diamond Cutter (DDP BOOM!).

The Eye Of Horus and the pyramid on the back of the dollar bill are Illuminati symbology. These "Secret Societies" get all giddy when they see their fellow members give em a shout out through symbols --they call eachother up right away.

The pyramid was a structure used specifically to call up the demonic, or occult, a point of psychic activity thus Jay-Z has a hard-on for the devil (Pause).

But wait apparently if you lose the ring and index finger you got yourself a pair of Yoni hands..which isn't as bad as devil worshipping and demon summoning.

But did you also know that if you lose even more fingers, it's a vagina!

Granted, it's a rather big vagina--I call those Doo Flinkys.

So to sum up the theory, Jay-Z likes the Devil, money, sometimes god, and vaginas. Sounds like every rock star ever.

I know what you're thinking right now.."lol vagina"..and how do you explain the lyrics?..Easy..

It's simple. Pop Culture. Take for example how many times you've heard a rapper reference the Mafia and even perpetrate themselves as "Dons."  How many times have you heard "blah blah" is really in the Mafia, check out this video"...Zero, you know why?..because it's ridiculous.

Like the Mafia, secret societies have been a staple in pop culture. From books to videogames, it's natural many rappers would adapt them into their lyrics.

You read somewhere if you play specific Jay record backwards he says "worship the devil"...you hastily made your way on the internet, found the soundbite, played it and he does say it!

No, you moron, If you would've read "Rihanna shits kibbels" then listened to the bite, you would've heard RIhannas Shits FUCKING Kibbles (maybe not the fucking part)..If you read something then listen to it barely audible, your brain is automatically predisposed to think what you're hearing is what you've read.

But what IF Jay was part of some devil worshipping society? How does that take anything away from his body of work?

Your dumb ass friend who says he'll no longer listen to Jay because of a Secret Society rumor, is the same dumb ass friend who'll stop listening to one rapper after another rapper calls him gay.

Somehow, the most informed generation ever, also happens to be the dumbest.
