That’s different though, setting someone up for those things isn’t the same as pushing an artist in terms of promotion. I can get Jay’s point, he did a lot for him. He set Beanie up for prime highlights to make money. But in terms of his albums being promoted, Beanie having a record label and a clothing line doesn’t mean shit.

im not one to say on how to feel about this ….there was always some shit about beans feeling some sorta way about hov and there was always some talk bout hov being over shined by beans on certain songs

I went 2 powerhouse and you can see the frustration buliding as if Jay wanted to address beanie sigel when he flipped a couple of Jay-Z bars that Jay used on the BP3 intro..I am a huge Jay-Z supporter..I love what he is doing for the industry..However, I reside(Coatesville 45min away) closer to Philly than New York and as far as what Jay have done for individuals on his label is uncredible.. Beanie sigel’s 1st album or 2nd had a track entitled anything on it..Jay used a solo track to establish more popularity in Philly..I’m not a big fan of most Philly rappers but if Jay would of somehow kept State Property mainstream enough all this random publicity stunts wouldn’t of happen..I can go on about this all day because I love talking about music..but bottomline is Beanie sigel was wrong for throwing out a diss on Jay-Z as well as Jay-Z was wrong for signing Beanie after he got release from prison just to shelf him after one album..Ya’ll are grown men and somethings are better resolved beyond close doors..
