Compton rapper Game has reportedly lost his legal battle with the WWE and wrestler The Game b/k/a Triple H.
Triple H and the WWE filed suit against Game in late 2006 claiming they owned the rights to "The Game" moniker which the rapper says he coined from his grandmother.
During a 2006 interview, Game challenged Triple H to a "real" wrestling match in Compton.
"We can really take it to the streets, we can wrestle right in the middle of Compton. We can put up a makeshift ring made out of shoestrings and light posts. I'll get in there and body slam his ass all over the place for the name." Game is quoted as saying.
To the surprise of few, the challenge went unanswered.
In response to the suit, the rapper has now dropped the "The" from his name and will simply be known as "Game."
The switch up will reportedly make its debut on Game's next CD, "The R.E.D. Album," featuring Timbaland, Pharrell, Chris Brown, Akon, Diddy, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross and Beanie Sigel.
The album is slated to hit stores on December 8th with two singles hitting hitting the airwaves sometime this week.

But as far as the album goes, I hope this means Game, Jeezy, Nas, Luda, etc. drop around the same time like summer of ’08.
