I think he’ll do more than projected. I keep in mind making those projected sales number public HELPS the artist most of the time…something artists need to do more often so their fans can support them more.

Its 50/Interscopes own fault. They didnt promote this album very much IMO. Hell I even forgot that it was droppin this past Monday. “Casual rap fans” would still cop the 50 cd just because its 50 cent, but I bet half of them didnt even know his album released.

Anyway, BISD was a good album, but I’m predicting at least 200-250 K in first week sales. I don’t know why Eminem is re-releasing Relapse, with 7 bonus tracks. If anything, they should release Relapse 2, and then a few months later release a digital EP (or a physical copy, really doesn’t matter) with tracks that were left off of both Relapse and Relapse 2. To me that makes more sense. But hey, I’m not apart of Interscopes marketing team.

Fif first week sales are so low cause of the album leak, which I’m sure many have downloaded for free. The economy has to do a lot to do with all album sales dropping below past years marks.

Plus 50 is not the best lryically, he just promotes beef to be relevant. BISD does have a few good albums in the catalog but this is far from classic.
