Earl Simmons better known as rapper DMX, has been apprehended again for the third time in eight days. No, this is not a repeat or an update. The rapper has found himself in additional legal problems to add to what seems a never ending rap sheet.
Landing in Arizona early this morning on a flight from Fort Lauderdale, X was handcuffed and re-aqquainted with the back seat of a police car. According to Aaron Douglas, Maricopa County Sheriff's Department spokesman, the arrest stemmed from a $10,000 bond from previous drug charges, and driving with a suspended license.
Additional information obtained from the spokesman revealed DMX failed to appear in court and warrants were issued and is currently being held on a $1,075 bond. He is expected to be in front of a judge later today.
Reported earlier this week, DMX was arrested, allegedly attempting to purchase $45 in cocaine and weed from an undercover officer in Florida. The arrest came only days after being released from another arrest due to having a warrant for driving with no insurance.
