I mean how often do you really look at an album cover? Once you buy it you put it in whatever you use to play your music and if you value your purchase you put it in some kinda case/album storage. Plus I guess it’s not often that album covers sell the CDs anyway. I wouldn’t use that cover but maybe they’re trying to save money or something lol.

You know what to expect with a Clipse album, straight HEAT. So if you bought the last two you know the cover on this one is pretty irrelevant. But none of you bought the last album, and I bet none of you are going to buy this one. You probably missed out on Wale’s album or are downloading it from the site you ripped Cudi’s at. Don’t you guys see? as consumers we determine what labels are going to promote. 09 has given us some hot albums (OBCL II, Cudi, Curren$y) but if we don’t shell out the change then those artists are unlikely to release albums again. That’s a damn shame when people talk about not buying an album because they don’t like the artwork. Is that the current state of Hip-Hop? All I know is that this album will be hot as hell. I would buy it if the album cover was a retarded kid eating a pile a shit because it’s the music that I care about. Lol.

Lack of appeal and promotion has stopped him from going platinum. Last album was very hot and original (The Million Dollar Backpack), so check it out. Do your research.

Nickel-us F. (Nick Fury) – So hot, has no deal, because of his lack of appeal, I guess. The Joe Budden of VA. Reminds me of Jay-Z at times. Has Many tracks with Drake. He also was the last to win seven straight weeks on 106 & Park’s Freestyle Friday. Do you research.

Missy Elliot (Misdemeanor) – One of the most memorable female mc’s ever, who had a unique style. Her albums all were platinum, except for The Cookbook, which was gold. Besides Lauren Hll, no other artist was better and doing both rapping and singing. She also did more ghost writing then you think (she has written for Eve).

Clipse – Platinum selling Duo. Very underated.
