50 Cent Goes Bare For New Movie Roles

50 admitted that directors almost always wanted to do away with makeup on his tattoos, stating "I took some of the tattoos off because on the movie set, if we got a six o'clock call time, I have to be there (at) two o'clock the night before."

"I gotta go through four hours of make-up before we go ahead and play the role. So I just took it off my arm. My right arm."

Among the tattoos removed is his signature battle axe with 'Warrior' primitively scribbled on top.

I would do the same thing if i wanted to be an actor.

I think if you want to be an actor an all over your body says “newyork”,“southside” and “50cent” that’s gonna limit you to very few roles

THAT’S WHY ACTORS DON’T GET A LOT OF TATTOOS ………….

hey im not hating on him whatsoever..just for someone who claims to be the realest, most grimy street nigga ever…going to laser tats off to act is quite contradictory..not that rappers dont contradict themselves on an hourly basis.. i hope he makes it as an actor, though last i checked GRoDT the movie..uhh not so great!.. he beat incredible odds to become a hugely successful rapper because he had the credentials.. im not sure stepping into the acting game will be the same.. but maybe now that he is lasering tats off he can get a bit part as the tough detective on rescue me…
